Founded in 2024 and opened August 2025, ROW Vintage Luxury Resale is operated by sisters Rachel and Olivia West. We've always enjoyed fashion, and while we have separate styles, we could agree on handbags no matter what. We hope to deliver high quality pieces at prices that pleasantly surprise. 

We're about style, sustainability, and story. Secondhand luxury makes top notch items more accessible for all, keeps closets fresh, and can help signify a milestone.

We've lived in the Kansas City area our entire lives and aim to fill a void. Kansas Citians + Midwesterners have style, and the world should know! 🌟
